The following dynamic positions are currently available: GIS Specialist - Create, convert and maintain CADD/GIS coverages for proposed construction, demolition, land parcels, contours, ground maintenance, land use, stationing, utilities, etc,. Updates will be made using asbuilts and GPS data along with aerial photography. Produce CAD/GIS maps to support Master Planning, Engineering and Construction. Proficiency with the following is required: Intergraph's GeoMedia Pro, GeoMedia WebMap,, Internet Information Services (IIS), Windows Server Editions, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, SQL Development, database design and development with Microsoft Access and/or Oracle. Senior Commercial Designer – Position requires well developed skills in performing commercial design for strip stores, stand alone professional and metal buildings as well as commercial interior build outs. Must have strong knowledge of Florida Building Codes and structural/architectural methods and standards. Typically requires an Associates degree and 5+ years of experience with commercial projects. Certificate from Technical Institute is required, AS degree preferred. Software knowledge required : AutoCAD Architecture.
