Sarah Case - Director of Planning

Ms. Case has been affiliated with land planning, development, design and permitting for 14 years, concentrating mostly in Polk County.  Her responsibilities include project management, project planning and client relations, as well as chief liaison with government agencies.  Ms. Case specializes in coordinating with individual clients to create a site-specific strategy for each project.  Ms. Case is the primary representative for public hearings and public presentations.

Civic involvement includes Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Greater Winter Haven (14 years Active member, serving 5 on the Executive Board), The Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Bartow, the American Planning Association (APA), Small Group Leader for Oasis Community Church youth group, Leadership Lakeland XXVI, Board of Director’s for Girls Inc., and an active member of the Lakeland Economic Development Council.
