Rodney Gadd, M.C.E., E.I. - Project Engineer

Mr. Gadd has several years of experience in design and construction of various engineering projects.  His specific responsibilities include project management, drainage design, stormwater hydrology, pavement design and construction inspection activities.  He is well versed in the requirements of Florida Department of Transportation Drainage Connection permitting as well as the permitting requirements from local water management districts. 

Mr.Gadd’s work experience also includes a hands-on knowledge of geotechnical design and testing, soil analysis and classification, soil penetration testing, density testing, permeability testing, and flood elevation protection requirements.  As a key member of JSK’s design team, Rodney serves as project manager on several design projects for the Civil Engineering Division of the company.  Once a project is planned, Mr. Gadd helps to oversee the drainage methodologies and overall project designs performed by the in-house JSK design team.

As a Florida Native and lifetime Lakeland resident, Mr. Gadd graduated from the University of South Florida in 2005 with his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in 2005.  He is currently working towards his Master’s of Civil Engineering Degree at USF and anticipates receiving his Master’s degree by 2008.  Upon receiving his Master’s Degree, Rodney intends to sit for his Professional Engineering Licensing Exam in October of 2008.
