JSK CONSULTING, INC. is an association of Professional Consultants providing a full spectrum of services in support of land planning, civil engineering, and construction management services. Our level of project management, communication and continuous improvement has allowed us to become a leading force within the Central Florida community.

Clear understanding of the client’s goals and objectives is the basis of a quality firm and the foundation of JSK CONSULTING, INC.’s philosophy.  The approach to project development can then be cultivated to employ a strategy of planning, design, permitting and construction of projects.  Strong project management and communication are vital elements of any successful project.  Our reputation for punctual project completion is a direct result of our pledge to a focused project concept.  Our project managers commit themselves completely to maintaining schedule and budget.  This is largely controlled by communicating with our clients, regulators and subconsultants

Our goal is to assist the Client through all aspects of the engineering process. Our policies are client oriented. We strive to develop a level of communication and cooperation with our Clients to understand and know their needs. We are committed to working closely with our clients to ensure quality and accountability. From conceptual plans through project completion, we assist our clients in finding solutions.

Value Engineering

We believe that a successful project begins with a well conceived approach developed to meet our clients' needs. We strive to minimize costs to the Client; costs not only for design services, but more importantly construction costs where the Client can save the expense of consulting fees many times over.
